Comprehensive Physical Exam
Keep your pet feeling their best with convenient, personalized veterinary care at home. Our in-home wellness visits include comprehensive physical exams and may include vaccinations, parasite prevention, routine health screenings, and individualized recommendations based on your pet’s age, lifestyle, and health needs.
Add Additional Pet
Have more than one pet who needs care? Additional pets can often be seen during the same house call, making veterinary care more convenient for multi-pet households.
Vaccinations
Keep your pet protected with vaccinations tailored to their individual needs. Vaccine recommendations are based on your pet’s age, lifestyle, health history, and individual risk factors.

Diagnostic Testing
Preventive laboratory testing gives us a more complete picture of your pet’s health. Routine bloodwork and wellness screening can help establish healthy baselines, monitor changes over time, and identify concerns that may not be apparent during a physical exam.
Sick Visits & Minor Injuries
When your pet isn’t feeling like themselves, Wildflower can evaluate and treat many common illnesses and non-emergency health concerns in the comfort of home. Sick visits may include evaluation of skin and ear problems, gastrointestinal symptoms, infections, minor wounds and injuries, limping, and other changes in your pet’s health or behavior. (accommodated within 48 hours when possible)
Recheck Exam
A follow-up exam for the same illness or concern scheduled within 30 days of the initial visit.
Telehealth/ Virtual Visit
These up to 30-minute appointments are exclusively available to established patients who have undergone a comprehensive physical examination within the past 12 months. During the scheduling process, we will carefully assess the nature of the issue and determine whether telehealth is the most suitable option. In some cases, we may also recommend an in-person visit for a more thorough evaluation.
Quality of Life Consultations
When an aging or seriously ill pet’s needs change, it can be challenging to know what to do next. Our compassionate in-home quality-of-life consultations provide you with valuable insights into your pet’s comfort, mobility, daily experiences, and available care options. This comprehensive understanding empowers you to make informed decisions with support and without feeling pressured. Consultations are not required. If euthanasia is elected following the consultation (at the same visit), the total fee for the consultation and euthanasia will be $375.
In-Home Euthanasia
When you have to say goodbye to your beloved pet, Wildflower provides compassionate end-of-life services in Asheville and surrounding Western North Carolina communities. End-of-life care at home allows your pet to remain in a familiar, peaceful environment surrounded by the people and pets they love.
Crematory fees are based on your choice of cremation (communal vs. individual) and your pet’s body weight.
Think of it as a visit to the vet, except the vet comes to you. Your pet receives the same personalized, professional care you'd expect at a traditional clinic, without the stressful car ride, busy waiting room, or unfamiliar environment.
In-home veterinary care is especially beneficial for anxious pets, seniors, multi-pet households, and busy families. Plus, seeing your pet in their own environment allows for a calmer, more comfortable experience with care tailored to their individual needs.
